I started with a first degree in Agriculture and Education, which taught me two things I still use every day: systems matter, and people learn best when someone takes the time to teach well. A master’s degree in International Marketing, completed with Distinction, turned that foundation into a career as a marketing executive, where I’ve helped businesses increase demand, sharpen their positioning and grow revenue.

Along the way I began teaching what I was learning. That became the Marketing & Sales Bootcamp, a proven blueprint that has helped entrepreneurs and organisations increase sales and revenue, and it grew into coaching, speaking engagements, published articles and a book on personal leadership.

Today I’m also a Doctoral Researcher at Robert Gordon University, studying the decarbonisation of the UK industrial sector and the business and policy strategies needed to develop the green hydrogen market. It brings my commercial experience and my passion for sustainability together in one place.

I’m passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence in marketing and education, and about championing innovation, building systems and inspiring lives wherever I go.
